We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our inspiring, innovative and successful IT Team. This role will give you exposure to a broad range of technology and is a great opportunity to develop a career in IT while helping to ensure business continuity and support future success. The Successful Candidate Will Be comfortable using everyday technology and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ideally have had exposure to business software such as Outlook, Microsoft 365 applications Ideally hold an IT related qualification or working towards one Be a good communicator and team player, with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and develop Have excellent customer service skills with a helpful, patient manner Have a basic understanding of common IT issues and a logical approach to problem solving Have an awareness of the importance of IT Security and data protection This is an entry-level role and an excellent opportunity to begin a career in IT.
