North Distribution Center Warehouse Worker at CA State Lottery Yolo County, CA

Warehouse Worker Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Worker performs receipt, storage, inventory, and issue of lottery tickets and related materials. The role may also receive guidance from the Warehouse Manager II and the Materials and Stores Supervisor. A current Warehouse Worker exam is required. Responsibilities Perform receipt, storage, inventory and issue operations for lottery tickets and related materials. Collaborate with warehouse management and other supervisors as directed. Working Conditions Schedule: 8:30AM to 5:00PM Travel: limited to less than one week per year Must possess a valid Class III California driver’s license for operating two‑axle single‑motor vehicles. Special Requirements Valid California Driver’s License (CDL) with number, class, expiration date, and any endorsements or restrictions. Drug screening must be passed prior to hire. Background investigation must be cleared prior to hire. Medical clearance required prior to hire. No felony or gambling‑related offense convictions allowed. Desired Qualifications At least one year of experience in receipt, storage or issue of materials from a centralized stockroom or warehouse. Knowledge of safety protocols for lifting and handling weights of 50lbs or more. Ability to work in conditions involving heat, cold, dust, or other debris.
