This role supports sales operations and customer service functions by managing administrative processes, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Job Title: Sales Support Specialist
Location: Fort Worth, TX and Miami, FL
Schedule: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite/2 Days Remote)
Pay Rate: $25-31/hour
Duration: 5-Month Assignment

Responsibilities for the Sales Specialist:
* Administer and support the company's sample management program, ensuring compliance with PDMA, FDA, and internal policies and procedures.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for field sales teams, managing inquiries, onboarding, territory changes, roster maintenance, and day-to-day operational support.
* Process and monitor orders, returns, invoicing, and fulfillment activities while resolving order discrepancies, system issues, and customer service concerns.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Compliance, Supply Chain, IT, Marketing, and third-party vendors to support sample accountability, reporting, and process improvements.
* Maintain accurate data and reporting within ERP and related systems, leveraging Excel and reporting tools to track performance, identify trends, and ensure data integrity.

Requirements for the Sales Specialist:
* High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 3-5 years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7-9 years of related experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.
* Extensive experience in sales support, customer service, order management, compliance, pharmaceutical operations, or a related field.
* Working knowledge of PDMA requirements and regulated business practices; familiarity with cGMP or FDA and GDP, or similar compliance standards is preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience working with ERP systems, reporting tools, and data management platforms.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
