Sales Support Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM (8-hour workday)

Onsite Requirement: One onsite day must be Monday or Friday

Job Type: Full-Time | 7-Month Contract

Pay: $32.85 per hour

Position Overview

SGF Global is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join a growing Commercial Operations team. This hybrid position plays a key role in supporting field sales operations by managing sample administration, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining critical sales data, and collaborating with multiple business functions to deliver operational excellence.

You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Legal teams to ensure sample programs operate efficiently while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration and compliance of commercial sample programs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, IT, and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain sales representative rosters, onboarding activities, territory changes, and employee terminations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sample Administration inbox and respond to operational inquiries.
• Process and monitor activities within business systems including:
• • Sales Force Automation (SFA)
  • Order Entry
  • Virtual Inventory
  • Hand-Carry Samples
  • Medical Meetings & Events
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with PDMA regulations and company policies.
• Assist with process improvements and continuous operational enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7–9 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience supporting Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Support, or Business Operations.
• Working knowledge of the Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare industries.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM or Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems.
• Understanding of accounting principles and operational reporting.
• Experience supporting cross-functional commercial organizations.
