About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Operations to serve as a senior executive leader with a focus on the overall performance, growth, and strategic direction of a multi-customer division. The successful candidate will have full profit and loss (P&L) ownership and be responsible for leading operations across multiple facilities, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, talent development, and strategic growth. This role requires a leader who can drive disciplined financial governance, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives, while also serving as a key executive interface with major customers, internal leadership, and external partners. Key responsibilities for the VP of Operations include owning full P&L responsibility, developing and executing annual operating plans, and driving performance standards related to productivity, quality, safety, delivery, and cost. The role also involves championing continuous improvement methodologies, partnering with functional leaders to align execution with strategy, and leading a high-performing team across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience, with a proven track record in managing large, multi-site operations, and will hold a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. The VP of Operations will be expected to foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement, and to contribute to corporate strategy development and business growth.
