The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers.Key Responsibilities:Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Custom Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.Project Management: Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting all requirements and specifications.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.Technical Skills:Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and CSM.Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or other relevant certifications.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.Previous experience in a technical lead role.SRI Tech Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.
