This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work hours and location. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload of clients, cultivating positive, therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional ethics and clear boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, assess stability, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge as appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment records for each client.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
\n
• Conduct a specified number of individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client progress.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practice and enhance professional development.
\n
• Collaborate actively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our center, you will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting their mental health needs and promoting overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation is essential.

• Proficiency with technology, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating the ability to tailor treatment to diverse needs.

• Comfort and competence in performing comprehensive intake assessments for new clients.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
