Senior Litigation Associate Attorney

A growing law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney to join its expanding litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys handling sophisticated litigation matters, and takes pride in producing high-quality legal work with precision and accountability.

The firm is looking for an attorney who can independently manage cases, think strategically, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage an active litigation caseload
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and legal correspondence
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in trial preparation and litigation strategy
• Provide practical legal guidance and case analysis to clients
• Maintain organized case files and consistently meet deadlines
• Communicate proactively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members

Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of litigation experience
• Active Texas Bar license required
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial, construction, or real estate litigation experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $145,000–$160,000 DOE
• Quarterly bonus potential tied to revenue performance
