Senior Marketing Manager

Supporting the development of marketing strategies, the temporary remote Senior Marketing Manager will lead the implementation of key tactics for hematology brands, managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product uptake and meet financial goals. Key responsibilities Develop and execute tactical plans that align with brand strategy to enhance product uptake and financial performance Evaluate marketing program effectiveness and recommend strategic adjustments as needed Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Oncology Nurse Educators and cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) with a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including 2 years in marketing; MBA preferred Experience in developing marketing strategies and executing tactics for inline products in the US specialty or biotech market, particularly in hematology or oncology Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and promotional budgets effectively Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment related to pharmaceutical promotion and compliance issues Proven ability to collaborate across functions to implement impactful sales or marketing programs in a fast-paced environment
