Who We Are Looking For Are you the Residential Director we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students! The Merrimack Center is an Intensive Residential Treatment Program for adolescents that specializes in trauma‑informed care. The Merrimack Center provides 24‑hour comprehensive care including an onsite school, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff. Compensation The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $77,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future. Due to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated. JRI Provides The Training So That Oversee the Residential Department with the Senior Residential Department members and provide care and treatment of our clients. Ensure all Residential systems are being followed and completed on a daily basis and provide on‑call coverage. Provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures; ensure staffing ratios are being met at all times and provide accountability and disciplinary action decisions as needed for all Residential Staff. Lead residential meetings and trainings and run residential shifts when needed. Why JRI Be who you are! Bachelor's degree is preferred. 3–5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program required. On‑call responsibilities; at times you will be required to work overtime. Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting clients is required. At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de‑escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our clients!
