Role Overview As a Stylist, you are the heart of the Hollie Ray shopping experience. From the moment a customer walks through the door to the moment they leave with their purchase, you’ll create a warm, welcoming environment and help them find styles they love. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fashion, connecting with people, and keeping a store looking its best. What You’ll Do Welcome customers, assist with styling, and complete purchases at checkout. Provide exceptional, personalized service that makes every customer feel valued. Actively engage with customers throughout their visit — no one shops unnoticed. Use product knowledge to give customers confidence in their purchase. Learn about the brands we carry and stay up to date on new arrivals. Understand product fit and care to help customers make informed choices. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required). Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required). A friendly, approachable personality and strong communication skills. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. A willingness to take initiative and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
