Pre-IPO company looking to grow their sales team with B2B reps who want that break into Medical Device sales.

The company is currently selling into the VA market calling on Podiatry and Physical Therapy for a device worn by patients in the home. In this role, Associates support the Territory Managers in covering large territories that require 50% travel. As you prove your ability to sell the device and manage accounts, promotion is expected to your own territory within 12 months where you can expect $200k+ salary plus commission each year. Geography : Territory covers New Mexico. Expect 50% travel to support new business expansion.

Compensation

• $75,000 base salary
• Quarterly performance-based commission
• Additional incentive opportunities for commercial orders
• First-year earning potential up to approximately $140,000 based on performance
• Opportunity for increased earnings and career advancement as you progress within the sales organization
• Clear pathway to promotion to TM after about a year with uncapped commissions ($175K-200K++ /year earning potential)

Qualifications

• Four-year undergraduate degree
• 1-3 years of outside sales experience with a proven record.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time via car and plane.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in sales of medical devices a plus, but not required
• Experience calling on VA hospitals a plus, but not required
