Payroll Manager

Location: Rockland, MA Schedule: Fully Onsite, Monday–Friday Compensation: $75,000–$80,000 Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities Manage the full bi-weekly payroll process for an employee population of approximately 300 Enter and review employee hours, payroll adjustments, incentives, commissions, tips, and other payroll-related data Prepare, process, and approve payroll through ADP Reconcile payroll registers and supporting data to ensure accuracy Maintain payroll, salary, and accrual spreadsheets Prepare and distribute payroll reports and related documentation Coordinate payroll-related updates and personnel changes with Human Resources Calculate and process 401(k) contributions and applicable company matches Maintain compliance with applicable wage, benefit, and payroll regulations Support payroll rate changes and other periodic updates Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, accuracy, and efficiency Assist with other accounting and payroll-related projects as needed Qualifications 5+ years of payroll experience Experience processing payroll for a similarly sized organization Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now Advanced Excel skills and experience working with detailed spreadsheets QuickBooks experience preferred Accounting or related degree preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
