Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy approaches that help them achieve their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based practices to improve patients' mobility, cognitive function, and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work synergistically with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive and compassionate care
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their loved ones on techniques and strategies that encourage ongoing success at home
• Assess and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patient adherence

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported

Licenses

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
