Job Title: Senior Research/Data Analyst Location : Georgia - local only Work mode: Day 1 onsite Interview mode: Virtual Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities: Extract, analyze, and validate data from Oracle and other enterprise databases using SQL Develop complex queries, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau Interpret data trends, patterns, and variances to support operational improvements and strategic planning Manage, clean, and organize large datasets for research and reporting purposes Provide accurate and timely responses to internal and external data requests Conduct statistical and operational analysis and present findings to leadership and stakeholders Collaborate with external research partners and cross-functional teams on evaluation projects Prepare summaries, presentations, and publication-ready research findings Assist in developing reporting procedures, data standards, and process improvements Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with databases such as SQL and Oracle 5+ years of experience accessing, extracting, and analyzing organizational data Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Experience in report writing, data interpretation, and presenting findings Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Criminal Justice and/or Data Management/Analysis Experience supporting research, evaluation, or public sector initiatives Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
