Ideal Candidate Wants to contribute ideas, improve systems, and help build something exceptional Wants to develop excellence across litigation and collaborative law Is motivated by meaningful, high impact client work Is excited to be part of a firm that is expanding into a full family lifecycle model (litigation, collaborative divorce, relationship agreements, and estate planning) Values professional growth, mentorship, and long-term career development Responsibilities Manage a family law caseload through resolution Advise clients holistically on legal strategy with clarity, professionalism, and sound judgment Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations Collaborate with a team committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered outcomes Qualifications Active Washington State Bar license (required) 3+ years of family law attorney experience Experience or interest in litigation, mediation, or collaborative law Strong legal writing and analytical skills (writing sample required) Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines effectively Professional judgment, strong communication skills, and attention to detailAttention to detail Comfort working remotely with reliable internet and phone access Ability to attend in-person court, mediations and meetings as needed Familiarity with King, Snohomish, and Pierce County rules or ability to learn quickly Compensation $140,000-$220,000 DOE with bonus opportunities based on performance and a comprehensive benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
