Business/Finance ManagerSummary of responsibilities:Financial modeling to access business opportunities including evaluating capital alternatives and capital structures for mergers and joint venturesOversight of accounting systemsReview and analysis of financial statementsAssist in improving budgeting processes and budget complianceAssist with S Corp and LLC accounting, tax and compliance rulesExperience:MUST have Healthcare experience, 10 plus years of progressive experience in Healthcare finance and accountingBachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or MBA STRONGLY preferredAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
