Mental Health Court Case Manager — Connect & Empower Clients

New Horizons is seeking a Mental Health Court Case Manager to screen, link, monitor and conduct substance abuse outreach for adult clients under Mental Health Court supervision. You will coordinate treatment and services, assist in obtaining community resources and report progress to the court. Your role includes assessing referred clients, coordinating with staff, and maintaining documentation while engaging in committee and training activities to strengthen community mental health services. #J-18808-Ljbffr New-Horizons-of-the-Treasure-Coast-Inc
