About the Role:

Join Speedee Oil and Midas JACKSON 1229 as a Lube Tech, where you will play a vital role in providing top-notch automotive maintenance services. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about cars and want to grow their skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks to ensure vehicle performance.

Inspect and replace filters, belts, and hoses as needed.

Assist with tire rotations to enhance vehicle safety.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and tools.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Document services performed and maintain accurate records.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals.

Perform various vehicle maintenance services.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training is a plus.

Previous experience as a Lube Tech or in a similar role preferred.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and practices.
