This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work effectively from any location in Jackson, California, or beyond. Our outpatient setting focuses on telehealth services, ensuring you can provide care without the limitations of a physical office. You will be equipped with user-friendly electronic medical records (EMR) and integrated treatment software, facilitating a seamless clinical workflow that enhances your practice and patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms to individual adult clients.

• Monitor clients' progress by utilizing symptom self-assessments, functional improvements, and treatment goal metrics, adjusting care plans as needed.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors, sharing insights and strategies for comprehensive client care.

• Engage in weekly clinical consultations with leadership to discuss challenging cases, receive support, and enhance your therapeutic skills.

• Participate in continuing education opportunities, including free CEU training sessions, to stay abreast of the latest practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will center on a varied clientele, primarily adults facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other psychological disorders. We emphasize treating all populations with sensitivity and respect, ensuring culturally responsive care that addresses each individual's unique circumstances and background.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of one year of independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and digital solutions in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of recent experience employing cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based modalities with adult populations.
