As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Grand Counseling Center, your expertise will directly impact the lives of students and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of students to identify mental health concerns and needs.

• Developing comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, utilizing established best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to client preferences.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and care coordination.

• Collaborating with educators, school psychologists, and other professionals to deliver integrated support and establish a holistic treatment approach.

• Offering educational resources and support to students and their families about mental health, available treatment options, and community resources.

• Staying abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health to incorporate new strategies into your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse student population facing various challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues related to academic pressures. You will work closely with children, adolescents, and their families, intervening at critical moments to improve emotional and psychological resilience. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
