Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, employing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Work collaboratively with clients to formulate tailored treatment goals and objectives, providing a clear structure to therapy.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress towards established treatment goals, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to promote an integrated approach to client wellness.

• Engage family members in the therapeutic process by offering education and resources that encourage understanding and support of the client’s recovery journey.

• Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and upholding ethical standards of practice at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this vital role, you will work primarily with clients who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possession of a master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
