Description Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects up to $250M. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to collect necessary project data. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and blueprints to determine material and labor costs. Evaluate supplier and subcontractor bids to ensure cost accuracy and competitiveness. Utilize estimating software to streamline and optimize the estimating process. Monitor project budgets and provide updates to stakeholders as needed. Maintain a database of historical costs for future project reference. Stay informed about market trends, labor costs, and material pricing in the construction industry.
