Accounts Payable Clerk – Proactive and Detail-Oriented Finance Support Needed!

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- At least 2 years of proven accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP financial software
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to accurately code invoices, vouchers, and expense reports following standard procedures
- Excellent investigative skills to resolve invoice, purchase order, and receiver discrepancies
- Experience in processing ACH transactions, wire transfers, and reviewing related instructions
- Ability to support monthly reports, closings, vendor record maintenance, and 1099 processing
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience with vendor management systems
- Knowledge of month-end and year-end closing processes
- Familiarity with commission reporting and processing
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma (required); Associates or Bachelors degree (preferred)
- Minimum of two years' experience in accounts payable
- Working knowledge of financial software, especially ERP systems
Other Requirements:
- Onsite role in Aurora, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Background check and drug screen required
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently within a team environment
