We've found that low ego, a growth mindset, and leaning into action and high impact goes a long way here.Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field5-6+ years experience in consulting, investment banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startupAble to move remarkably fast with little structure, guidanceCurious to learn about different parts of the business and how to pull certain levers to grow fasterAbility to operate independently and go deep on ambiguous projectsDemonstrated ability to work and influence cross-functionally. You are proactive, great at communicating with different audiences and can bring stakeholders on-board. You seek out and have a track record for driving change and impact in a fluid, unstructured working environmentFluency in using AI tools to enhance problem-solving, analysis, and execution across a wide range of business challengesNice to HaveExperience working on a marketplace or a two-sided platformExperience or passion for buying and selling in online marketplace communitiesProficiency with SQL & dashboardsCompensationFor US-based applicants: $185,000/year - 215,000/year + benefits + stock optionsThe salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills and expertise.
