University of Rochester - 601 Elmwood Avenue - Responsibilities: Answers large volume of inbound inquiries by phone, email and other electronic interfaces.; Schedules patient appointments and handles billing inquiries.; Provides general clerical, information, way-finding, and scheduling services.; Ensures appropriate use and distribution of Electronic Medical Record information.; Escalates appropriately to Administrators, on call physicians, Security, or Public Relations as needed.
