Technical Sales Representative - HVAC & Power Solutions Location: Detroit, MI Not sure if you're feeling capped where you're at? From cooling and heating to dehumidification and power, their equipment supports construction, industrial, healthcare, and emergency response across the country. As part of their growth, we're hiring Technical Sales Representatives to develop new business, grow accounts, and expand market share. Why it's a strong move
- Uncapped earnings: $120K to $175K realistic OTE, top reps exceed that.

- 3-5+ years of success in outside sales (HVAC, power, industrial, or related).
- A clean driving record and valid license.
- Comfort spending most of your time in the field.

- Technical curiosity: training provided, but willingness to learn HVAC/power is key.
