You'll oversee schedules, inventory, and financials, lead team meetings, and collaborate with district leaders to keep things running smoothly. From coaching your barbers and stylists to solving challenges on the fly, your leadership will shape the shop's success and culture every single day.YOUR HOURSThis is a full-time position, and our shops are busiest during evenings and weekends.
