Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify individual client needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited to clients' specific conditions.

• Utilize interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to facilitate effective treatment.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, providing immediate support and safety planning for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
