Media BuyerThree Sixty Group is seeking a full-time Media Buyer to join our innovative and dynamic team. We're looking for a seasoned marketing professional with 5+ years of media buying experience who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, brings strategic thinking to the table, and can confidently manage campaigns across traditional and digital channels.Responsibilities:Help build media strategies through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identificationPrepare proposals for agency clients across radio, television, newspaper, print, digital, social media, and OOH; review all proposals with Media DirectorNegotiate media costs and added value opportunities, and place all approved media schedulesIssue traffic instructions and release creative assets as neededExecute and optimize paid search, social, display, and tracking initiativesMonitor campaign pacing, performance, and budgets across all paid media effortsProvide monthly analytics, optimization recommendations, and reporting to internal teams and clientsAnalyze campaign performance data and implement optimizations based on insights and best practicesReconcile affidavits and invoices for all paid media and ensure billing is client-ready by the 15th of each monthCollaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectivelyQualities of the Ideal Candidate:Highly organized and detail orientedProactive and resourcefulSolution-orientedMotivated and goal-drivenCurious and eager to learnPunctual and reliableFriendly and outgoingPositive, glass-half-full attitudeGood sense of humorYou'll include the word "luminous" in the subject line of your applicationRequirements:5+ years of media buying and planning experience, preferably within an agency environmentProven experience managing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media channelsStrong understanding of paid social, paid search, display advertising, and campaign analyticsExperience with Google Analytics and media reporting platformsExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, writing, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and budgets simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel, and media management toolsBachelor's degree preferred; experience and proven results matter mostFrequently Asked Questions:Yes, we still have an office in downtown Indianapolis.We are looking to fill this position with someone who lives in the Indy area.We currently operate on a hybrid policy. About a third of our employees work in the office, about a third work from home, and about a third bounce back and forth depending on the day.
