Schedule: Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year of program management experience (coursework considered)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Job Duties

• Support vehicle development programs by identifying applicable safety and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into project plans
• Develop and maintain compliance and regulatory plans
• Track documentation, testing, and approval activities throughout the product lifecycle
• Monitor progress toward key program milestones and identify potential compliance risks
• Support global certification and regulatory approval processes
• Provide compliance status updates and risk assessments to program stakeholders
