Step into a Build Day in Darien, GA

Morning starts at the bench with a fresh set of engineering drawings. You study tolerances, gather components, and sequence the build. By mid-morning, you’re torquing fasteners, routing hoses, and aligning subassemblies. After lunch, you validate performance with careful checks, troubleshoot with teammates when something feels off, and document what you’ve improved for the next unit. You wrap the day by resetting a spotless, safe workstation—ready for tomorrow’s machine.

• Translate specifications and technical blueprints into precise mechanical assemblies for heavy machinery.
• Perform in-process and final quality verifications to confirm safety and performance benchmarks are met.
• Team up with peers to diagnose build issues and implement effective fixes.
• Keep tools, parts, and the production area clean and orderly to maintain safety and flow.
• Operate hand and power tools confidently and safely throughout the build cycle.
• Record build steps, note discrepancies, and recommend process enhancements.
• Participate in ongoing training to continuously elevate your assembly expertise.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery or assembly is a plus.
• Hands-on experience assembling heavy equipment or related mechanical systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret schematics and diagrams.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort working solo or collaborating within a fast-paced team.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing safety procedures and best practices.
• Physical strength and endurance to move and position substantial components.
