(USA) Member Team Lead

Position Summary Assists management with the supervision of associates, assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction and guidance to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines. Supports the Open Door Policy and participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Communicates and supports membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits; processes memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; and encourages membership renewals. Participates in sales and marketing events, completes and maintains marketing recaps, and strives to meet membership goals. Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and using self‑service technology or registers. Oversees the assigned area of responsibility by handling claims, returns, zoning, arranging merchandise, identifying shrink and damage, and maintaining cart availability. Completes accounting records, file transactions, prepares daily deposits, oversees cash fund transfers, investigates overages and shortages, and maintains confidentiality and accuracy of financial information. Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners. Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Leads and participates in teams by using resources, sharing information, determining customer needs, coordinating assignments, and providing advice and feedback to ensure timelines and quality. Supports the company culture by embracing diversity, fostering belonging, mentoring others, and acting with integrity. Services customers and members first, delivering results and making decisions based on reliable information. Strives for excellence by learning, taking calculated risks, and driving continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications 6 months retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register. 6 months customer service experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Leading a front‑end team with supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload of others. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
