SCM - Business Analyst - P2 - (Hybrid)

Business AnalystThe Supply Chain Management (SCM) Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Business Analyst to support our Leadership Team. In this role you will assist in the coordination of gathering all relevant information regarding Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly KPI metric deliverables including Overhead Budgets, Support Pool EAC forecasts, MBR, OMM and SFP reviews. This position is listed as hybrid based out of Tucson, AZ but can also be located out of McKinney, TX or Andover, MA.What You Will DoPrioritize deliverables in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.Coordinate with OSCQ and Central FP&A regarding deliverables.Interact with Finance and Functional Leadership within SCM.Partner with peers across other RTN Manufacturing areas (Operations, Quality, etc).Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as neededQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.Experience in business management/analysis or related experienceExperience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).Qualifications We PreferExperience with professional presentations.Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines.Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload.Ability to communicate effectively with peers and cross functional teammatesWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
