Location: North Syracuse, NY

Responsibilities:

Assigned service requests to repair laptops and desktops in the metro area.
Conduct repair activities such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
Perform whole unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals.
Maintain reliable transportation for servicing the metro and surrounding areas.
Close service tickets in real-time in the company call management system using a company-provided phone.
