About us Corner Health is an early-stage technology company building the operating system for independent primary care. We give Nurse Practitioners (NPs) everything they need to start and run their own practices — from billing and insurance infrastructure to AI-powered workflow automation. About the Role More than 100 million Americans do not have a primary care provider, and the current options are broken: large impersonal health systems, expensive concierge care, or independent practices that can barely keep up with their admin burden & don’t have time to see new patients. At Corner Health, we are building something completely different - a network of hyper-local, independent, in-person primary care practices powered by modern technology. This is a completely new model of care. Currently, 88% of patients trust a Corner Health provider’s medical guidance vs. elsewhere and patients already return at 2× the national average; not because of marketing, but because the experience actually works. We’re looking for a high-slope builder to create and scale the patient-facing Corner Health brand from zero and tell this story. You’ll define what we stand for, launch in‑market, and make Corner Health the default choice for patients. What you'll work on Launch the consumer brand: Define positioning, messaging, and bring the brand to life across channels - an opportunity to build a brand around a network of independent practices with their own brand and flavor Build local mindshare: Make Corner Health known in all new and existing states through PR, community marketing, OOH, partnerships, and creative distribution Drive patient growth: Own acquisition across paid and organic channels (paid social, search, referrals, SEO, etc.) Open new channels: Identify and test new ways to reach patients - from local activations to unconventional growth loops Close the loop: Focus on the patient journey - from awareness to visit - and work closely with the product team to ensure what we promise in the brand matches the patient experience Direct work with the cofounders: You will be the first hire focused on the patient brand. You’ll have outsized ownership in shaping how Corner Health shows up in the world, and have an opportunity to build a generational healthcare brand. What you’re like You are hard‑working, kind, and curious. You have a high degree of autonomy and the ability to scale from 0 to 100. You are detail‑oriented: sloppy copy, typos, and missed deadlines don’t slide with you. You have 3–5 years of experience in a high‑slope environment (e.g., early‑stage startup, top‑tier consulting firm, or general high‑performing environment). You enjoy working in‑person (our office is in Santa Monica, CA); you either live in LA or are excited to move to LA. What would set you apart You’re excited by the idea of creating more independent medical providers. You’ve built or scaled something from 0→1 (product, brand, channel, or company). You care deeply about building something patients actually trust. You are excited about using agents/LLMs to give you leverage (while maintaining creative and quality control).
