Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and Medical Team Administrator to coordinate comprehensive mental health treatment plans for clients, both within the clinic and when referrals to outside specialists are necessary.

• Provide in-service training to medical, psychiatric, and security staff to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Assess mental health emergencies and utilize de-escalation techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients.
\n
• Participate in commitment hearings as needed, effectively advocating for clients and their treatment needs.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans and therapeutic goals, documenting all patient interactions to track progress and outcomes in accordance with state regulations and best practices.
\n
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient records and ensure ethical standards are upheld at all times.
\n
• Verify historical mental health data and medication histories of incoming clients to inform treatment approaches.
\n
• Generate regular and specialized reports to communicate client progress and needs to the clinical team.
\n
• Coordinate with nursing and mental health staff for post-release referrals to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n
