Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU | Kenner, LA | Night Shift

What You'll Do:

Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients, adhering to hospital protocols and standards
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to emergencies and changes
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC system
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and procedures
Maintain a safe and clean environment, following infection control procedures
Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives

What You Need:

Valid RN License in Louisiana
BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications (from American Heart Association/Institute)
At least 2 years of ICU nursing experience
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations and urgent situations
