Position Overview
Our organization is currently in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified General Pediatrician to join the Department of Pediatrics at our Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital – Indio Outpatient Pavilion, in collaboration with the SAC Health System. This state-of-the-art facility houses Loma Linda Pediatric Subspecialists and offers on-site Behavioral Health and Dental services.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are eager to become part of the Coachella Valley community, which boasts a childhood population exceeding 135,000. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable, and we welcome applications from recent graduates!

In addition to a competitive salary, this role includes a paid differential. Clinic hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday, and 8 AM to 4 PM on Fridays. The position requires one day of beeper call per month, covering the hours from 5 PM to 8 AM on weekdays or from 8 AM to 8 AM on weekends or holidays.

Indio is situated 70 miles east of our main campus and offers easy access to hotels and resorts in Palm Springs, located just 23 miles to the west. Known as the Festival City, Indio is among the fastest-growing areas in the Coachella Valley and is conveniently located 30 miles from the stunning Joshua Tree National Park.

Compensation & Benefits
The starting base salary for this position ranges from $255,000 to $305,000, depending on years of experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to the specific compensation plans of the department. Further details regarding compensation will be provided during the recruitment process.
