Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through virtual interviews and screenings, utilizing standardized tools where appropriate.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services, utilizing a range of modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy—based on the preferences and needs of clients.

• Maintain regular communication with clients to track their progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing emotional support.

• Document client interactions accurately and in a timely manner in our electronic health record (EHR) systems, complying with all relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.

Our mental health counselors work with a variety of clients in Ontario, California, ranging from adolescents facing anxiety and depression to adults grappling with more complex mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $105,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus for new counselors.
