Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that guide their therapeutic journey.

• Deliver individual therapy utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals for clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy sessions to increase accessibility for clients, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to receive quality mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice caters to a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as one of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients.
\n
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in outpatient counseling settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
