Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial client intake assessments, ensuring thorough understanding and documentation of their mental health history and current needs.

• Develop and implement dynamic, individualized treatment plans that reflect clients’ specific goals and progress, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions in a supportive and empathetic manner, maintaining meticulous records of each session for accountability and treatment continuity.

• Regularly review and update treatment strategies based on client feedback and emerging needs, ensuring an adaptive therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clients include children and adolescents as well as adults facing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical psychotherapy, demonstrating competency in individual and group therapeutic techniques.

• A clean disciplinary record with no past actions taken by licensing boards in any jurisdiction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, contingent on experience and qualifications.
