Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on working with clients who have been pre-screened and demonstrate low acuity, which allows you to concentrate on therapeutic interventions without the concerns of crisis management. The clientele spans various demographics, including adolescents, adults, and families, giving you the chance to employ a broad spectrum of therapeutic approaches and learn from diverse life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory. Interns and individuals requiring supervision for therapy are not eligible.

• No disciplinary actions or ethics violations on your license.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a remote context.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a community health setting or private practice is beneficial. Familiarity with telehealth tools and technologies will enhance your ability to deliver effective services. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with full-time therapists earning between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, while part-time counselors may expect to make up to USD 70,000 per year. Full-time employees are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, which contributes to maintaining your well-being while you focus on the health of your clients.
