Job Description
We are seeking a Project Management resource to support the BMS team by driving project coordination, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely execution of follow-up activities. The role will be responsible for maintaining project trackers, coordinating meetings, monitoring action items, preparing status reports, and collaborating with global stakeholders. The candidate should be able to provide coverage during the majority of U.S. business hours to support cross-functional teams and customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers, schedules, and action-item logs.
• Coordinate project review meetings and drive closure of open items.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Prepare weekly status reports and management updates.
• Facilitate communication across engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Support project governance, documentation, and reporting activities.
• Provide overlap with U.S. business hours for stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-6 years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and drive actions to closure.
• Experience working with global teams and U.S.-based stakeholders is preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certification is an added advantage.
