Position Summary Responsible for executing menu items with precision, consistency, and efficiency while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This role is critical to ensuring timely service and high-quality food preparation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards. Maintain station organization and proper place throughout service. Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with prep work, including chopping, portioning, and ingredient preparation. Communicate effectively with kitchen team during service. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and kitchen equipment. Assist with receiving, storage, and inventory rotation as needed. Qualifications Prior kitchen or line cook experience required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen equipment or products. Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
