Operations Manager

Position Summary The Operations Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the firm's day-to-day business operations and ensuring the organization runs efficiently, effectively, and profitably. Reporting directly to the Owner, the Operations Manager serves as a strategic partner in implementing firm initiatives, improving operational systems, supporting team performance, and driving organizational growth. What You'll Do: Leadership & Team Management Lead the firm's day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and exceptional client service. Supervise and support administrative and operational staff while fostering a collaborative, positive workplace culture. Manage employee workloads and allocate resources to maximize productivity. Conduct regular staff meetings and promote open communication across the firm. Assist with employee coaching, onboarding, performance management, and professional development. Strategic Operations Work closely with the Owner to execute the firm's strategic vision and business goals. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and develop, document, and refine firm systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures. Support office growth, expansion initiatives, and new business opportunities. Evaluate new technology solutions that improve productivity and client service. Monitor budgets, operational expenses, and key financial metrics. Develop, track, and report key performance indicator reports and assist leadership with evaluating metrics. Coordinate with outside accountant, payroll provider, billing specialist, and financial partners to ensure accurate financial operations. Human Resources & Compliance Manage HR administration, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, personnel records, and policy implementation. Ensure compliance with employment laws and firm policies. Coordinate annual reporting requirements and regulatory filings.
