Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.****The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.****What will you be doing?*** Supervise the activities, workload, and attendance of assigned employees to ensure delivery of departmental results* Evaluate opportunities in existing processes and proactively identify new processes, to assure quality delivery and departmental efficiency* Respond to escalating internal and external customer issues, determine root cause, explore and implement mistake-proofing measures* Support the growth and development of assigned employees, and conduct performance reviews* Support customer or prospect meetings, as serve as direct client liaison as needed* Proactively interact with business partners to develop and enhance systems* Develop custom departmental reports and presentations* Develop and monitor key departmental metrics to ensure standards are achieved* Participate in recruiting and hiring of new staff members* Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.**What are we looking for?*** Bachelor’s Degree or related leadership experience* Minimum 5 years of business experience* Minimum 3 years of leadership experience#LI-CD1#HYBRID**At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
