Compliance Governance & Operations Analyst (US) Hybrid - Mount Laurel, New Jersey Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States of America Salary: $72K - $108K (USD) Job Description: Responsibilities Regulatory Change Management: monitor and assess emerging U.S. privacy regulations, update internal policies, collaborate with US regulatory change office and stakeholders. Biometric Privacy Governance: develop and maintain governance frameworks for biometric data collection, storage and usage; conduct privacy assessments; ensure compliance with biometric privacy laws such as BIPA. Third‑Party Compliance Oversight: perform risk assessments and due diligence for vendors handling personal or biometric data, review contracts (MSA, SOW, NDA), validate privacy‑related clauses, and ensure contractual obligations align with privacy requirements. Monitoring & Reporting: execute risk‑based monitoring, prepare reports for senior management, and elevate material compliance gaps. Technical Knowledge: familiarity with privacy frameworks, principles, laws and with regulatory change management processes and compliance monitoring tools. Education & Experience Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience, and 5+ years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Privacy Compliance. Knowledge of Third‑Party Risk Management. Knowledge of Privacy/Compliance Governance. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable policies. High attention to detail and risk awareness. Bachelor’s degree and IAPP licenses are an added advantage. Accountabilities (Customer) Provides compliance research, evaluation, operational, reporting and/or analytical support in an oversight and control function; prepares summaries, reports and presentations for management, regulators and stakeholders; recommends responses to compliance program questions; analyzes data to meet program health reporting requirements; identifies and escalates sensitive issues.
