Join our dynamic team in a virtual role based in California, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring the effective use and optimization of the ServiceNow platform to support business operations and drive organizational success. What You'll Do Configure, customize, and administer the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs. Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and reports. Oversee integration with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Manage incident, problem, and change management processes within ServiceNow. Maintain and enhance the service catalog, ensuring services are well-defined and accessible. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Ensure compliance with security policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals. Manage relationships with ServiceNow vendors and resolve technical issues. Requirements US Citizen or US Permanent Resident. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator with 3-5 years of experience. Foundational knowledge of processes, procedures, scripting, and systems. Strong technical skills in ServiceNow administration and system integration. Experience with FedRAMP requirements and guidelines. Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Preferences Experience with information security principles and standards (e.g., NIST SP 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, FISMA). Experience working with government contracts and compliance standards. Understanding of risk management methodologies. Experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
