ServiceNow Team Lead ServiceNow Team Lead provides senior leadership for enterprise ITSM and ITOM capabilities. This role leads ServiceNow operations and enhancements, and enterprise monitoring, to ensure 24x7x365 availability, rapid incident response, and SLA compliance.
